Neat copies of minutes occur in addition to rough minutes from 1 Oct 1723-4 Feb 1724; tables and lists of pensioners and 'poor paid according to custom' appear from 24 Mar 1730.

Spine reads 'October 1723 to March 1735'.

Front cover reads 'Minute Book of the Company of Stationers from October 1723 to March 1735'.

Inserted at the front end papers is an A5 sheet of paper containing a caption, possibly produced for an exhibition, regarding the volume, the Stationers' Wast Books and the use of vellum binding.

At front of volume are accounts:

folio 1r-1v: accounts titled 'An Account of the Fees Agreed by this Court to be paid to the Clark of this Company for the time being', 1 Oct 1723.

At centre of voume are draft memoranda and accounts:

Draft memoranda:

folio 93v: 'Mem[oran]d[u]m the names of the several persons appointed by the Parishes of Christ Church and Ludgate to partake of Caters Charity on the 1st Decemb[e]r next as follows viz', 12 Nov 1730.

folio 101v-102v: untitled memorandum describing a meeting on 9 Apr 1731 between the Committee appointed in relation to the Estates in Ireland and similar committees of the Skinners' Company, the Girdlers' Company and the Bakers' Company, in which letters from the Skinners' Company's Irish Estate tenant Mr Carey and Mr Richardson, Mr Carey's agent in London, were discussed. Mr Carey desired to hold his estate at a fee farm rent.
