Draft minutes dated 1661-1675 and 1723-2009. These volumes were traditionally referred to as Wast Books, although the term was dropped in the late twentieth century. From 2000, draft minutes are born digital.

Draft minutes for 1 Mar 1675-6 Dec 1680 are contained in court book E; from there, the minutes for 1 Mar 1675-24 Oct 1679 are copied fair into court book D.
