  1. undated letter from Henry Cecil Sotheran, Clerk, to an unknown recipient, stating that letters to the Master had been communicated to the Court of Assistants, forwarding to the recipient [illegible] from the relevant Minutes, and stating that shares will be paid out.

Pasted into page 64 is 1 document containing:

  1. printed accounts for 1903-1904 titled 'Summary of the Master and Wardens' Account for the Past Year (omitting receipts and payments on account of the Charities administered by the Company)'.

  2. letter dated 23 Sep 1904 from William Poulten, Beadle, to a Court member, summoning him to a meeting of the Court of Assistants on 4 Oct 1904 and giving the agenda.

  3. description of the Standing Salts presented by past Masters Alderman Sir Geo[rge] Wyatt Truscott and Charles John Clay.

Pasted into page 204 is 1 document containing:

  1. letter dated 19 Jul 1907 from William Poulten, Beadle, to a Court member, summoning him to a meeting of the Court of Assistants on 30 Jul 1907 and giving the agenda.
