Pasted into volume is 1 document:

pages 143-145: report of the Stock Board dated 25 Sep 1885 to the Master, Wardens and Court of Assistants pursuant to the resolution 'That whereas the present condition of the Offices of the Company require immediate attention, it be referred to the Stock Board to consider and report generally on the whole question, including the vacant land'.

Inserted into back pocket are 7 documents:

  1. letter dated 25 Mar [18]92 from Geor[ge] Chater to C R Rivington apologising for not being able to attend the next Court meeting, and stating that he would ask Alderman Tyler to give notice on his behalf that at the May meeting he will move that ten guineas be given to the Stationers and Paper Makers Provident Society [see page 518].

  2. printed list of the Master, Wardens, Assistants and Clerk with manuscript annotations and alterations, dated 6 Dec 1892. On the back are rough manuscript minutes.

  3. letter dated 26 Nov 1892 from William Poulten, Beadle, to a Court member, summoning him to a meeting of the Court of Assistants on 6 Dec 1892 and giving the agenda.

  4. letter dated 30 Mar 1892 from William Poulten, Beadle, to a Court member, summoning him to a meeting of the Court of Assistants on 5 Apr 1892 and giving the agenda. Includes manuscript annotations.
