- memorandum dated 6 Sep 1833 from Sam[uel] Bla[illegible] to the Master Wardens and Court of Assistants of the Stationers Company, requesting that his apprentice Edward Cook be turned over to Alfred Phelps of 95 London Wall, vellum binder and glover.
On page before page 1 is written 'see Court Book X p28'.
