letter from Jo[hn] Gadbury to Mr Took, requesting that he reminds Captain Baker and Mr Basset of their promise to give charity to Mr Cross, a former servant of the Company. Beneath Mr Gadbury's letter is a short statement by Mr Baker that a certain sum of charity for Mr Cross had not been named. 4 Oct 1687.

letter from Mr Wryme, Keeper of the King's Library, to the master and wardens, requesting that copies of books printed before the expiration of the late Act for Printing &c be sent to the King's Library at St James's, and stating that if printers do not send copies of these willingly then he will request his Majesty's Attorney General to prepare a bill in Chancery to get them, 7 Nov 1687.
