Parties: (1) Eleanor Pedley, wife of Joshua Pedley (2) Percy Pedley Hasluck, esquire, and Joshua Pedley, gentleman., trustees as to the hedreditaments mentioned in the will of Samuel Pedley deceased.
Waiver by Trustees of notice required to be given by Tenant for life under Settled Land Act 1882:
Parties: (1) Percy Pedley Hasluck, esquire, and Joshua Pedley, gentleman, trustees of the will of Samuel Pedley deceased (2) Eleanor Pedley, wife of Joshua Pedley, tenant for life in possession of certain hereditaments devised in the will of Samuel Pedley.
