Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place and date of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens, immediate past master, treasurer, assistants and liverymen; admission of new court assistants, when relevant; election of new company officials, when relevant; names of those admitted to the cloathing, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; reports by chairmen of committees in chronological order of meetings; report by the Senior Livery Representative; reports by others such as chairmen of trustees, most frequently the library trustees and/or trustees of the Educational Charity; other reports, when relevant; presentations to the company; other business.
Pasted onto the front pastedown is a bookplate with the inscription:
