Itemised account of expenses and income by John Garrett, Company Clerk. Expenses include his salary; fees for receiving Mr Boulsworths' rent and Mr Hackett's rent at different points during the year; a yearly allowance for paper, pens, and ink; glove money; paying for an Act of Regulation for Corporations; paying a porter for bringing the old register books from John Lilly [former Clerk]; and for engrossing the address to His Majesty the King; among other items. Income inludes rent from Boulsworth and Hackett; as well as money for 135 copies entered from 23 January to 30 June. This comes to a total of 29 pounds seven shillings eight pence income, with 20 pounds seven shillings six pence due to the Clerk; leaving nine pounds and two pence due to the Company.
