A history of the administration of the English Stock is followed by an enquiry from the Company whether they might take out some stock of the Company. They are advised that first they must call a meeting to confirm a majority approval from the Master, Wardens, Assistants, Stockkeeper, and all partners in the shares of the English Stock. Signed James Adair, Serjeant-at-law, 27 Feb 1798.
