All minutes are signed by the master; minutes are given for ordinary court meetings, special courts, court meetings for the election of corporation officers, meetings of the court and partners, courts for the election of master and wardens, pension courts and courts to distribute Mr Cater's charity.

Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place, date and time of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens and assistants; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; report of deaths, when relevant; choosing of wardens and assistants; resolutions, including those relating to recommendations and reports of committees and applications to the company; administration of English Stock shares; payment of, and election to, charitable annuities; names and personal details of those cloathed, made free of the company and bound or turned over as apprentices.

Court award concerning a dispute between the Company of Goldsmiths and the Company of Stationers in the matter of 30/32 Ludgate Hill and 7/8 Stationers' Hall Court and land and property adjourning. In relation to the Landlord and Tenant (War Damage) Acts. Ordered that the Goldsmiths' Company do pay the Stationers' Company the contested rent.
