Petition of the School for the Indigent Blind (founded 1799) in St George's Fields for aid and patronage from the Company of Stationers.

Petition of Mary Ann Booth for aid following the death of her husband on 19 March 1850. George Booth, deceased, had been a recipient of a pension from the Company. Mary Ann, aged 63 with a dislocated hand and wrist, asks that the pension payment due her husband is afforded to her 'in consideration of my helplessness'.
