Parties: (1) Eleanor Pedley, wife of Joshua Pedley (2) Percy Pedley Hasluck, esquire, and Joshua Pedley, gentleman., trustees as to the hedreditaments mentioned in the will of Samuel Pedley deceased.

Waiver by Trustees of notice required to be given by Tenant for life under Settled Land Act 1882:
