  2. memorandum of the Merchant Taylors' Company conditionally assenting and confirming an assignment and mortgage of 38 Ludgate Street by Elizabeth Janaway to Elizabeth Staines, Henry Pigeon, William Fossett and John Atkinson on 2 Jan 1811, despite Elizabeth Janaway not having obtained the necessary licence, providing that a penalty is paid to the Clerk by John Wallis and John Wright Dent, gentlemen, assignees of the estate of Elizabeth Janaway who is now bankrupt, 31 Jan 1812.
