Note
John Seymour was the owner of the sole right to print and import Justin for a term of 41 years under letters patent from Charles II. He leased this right to Parker and Guy in May 1669, for a term of five years. The present indenture passes the residue of Seymour's sole right to print and import Justin on to Whitwood for the residue of the 41 years, once Guy & Parker's five-year term expires.
