i: printed court order that, complaint having been made that some members were binding too many apprentices, all members must send to the court a list of apprentices he has in service currently before he may bind another apprentice.
ii: petition of journeyman printers to the Lord Mayor and aldermen against the large volume of apprentices taken by master printers, with a mayoral precept ordering the Stationers' Company to send a list of all apprentices bound to printers.
