Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place and date of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens, immediate past master, treasurer, assistants and liverymen; report of deaths, when relevant; admission of new court assistants, when relevant; election of new company officials, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; reports by chairmen of committees in chronological order of meetings; report by the senior livery representative; reports by others such as chairman of trustees of the Educational Charity; presentations to the company; other business; names of those cloathed, made free of the company or bound as apprentices, when relevant.
