Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place and date of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens, immediate past master, treasurer, assistants and liverymen; report of deaths, when relevant; admission of new court assistants, when relevant; election of new company officials, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; reports by chairmen of committees, including notification of presentations to the company to meeting of 2 Dec 1986; report by the senior livery representative; details of English Stock annuities to meeting of 2 Oct 1984; approval of applications for the freedom and livery to meeting of 3 June 1986; presentations to the company from meeting of 3 Feb 1987; other business; names of those cloathed, made free of the Company or bound as apprentices, when relevant.
