Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place and date of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens, immediate past master, treasurer, assistants and liverymen; report of deaths, when relevant; admission of new court assistants, when relevant; election of new company officials, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; reports by chairmen of committees; details of English Stock annuities from meeting of 27 Jul 1971; approval of applications for the freedom and livery; other business, from meeting of 14 Jan 1975; names and personal details of those cloathed, made free of the company or bound as apprentices, when relevant.
Inserted into endpapers is a contents list, giving years, months and page numbers.
