All minutes are signed by the master; minutes are given for ordinary court meetings, special courts, court meetings for the election of corporation officers, meetings of the court and partners and meetings of the master, wardens, court of assistants and livery.

Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place, date and time of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens, assistants and liverymen; report of deaths, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; admission of new court assistants, when relevant; binding of apprentices, cloathing and being made free of the company; disposal of English Stock shares; resolutions, including those relating to recommendations and reports of committees and applications to the company; payment of, and election to, charitable annuities and company pensions; names and personal details of those cloathed, made free of the company or bound as apprentices.

Spine reads 'Court Book 7 April 1925 to 12 January 1932' and 'i'.

Inserted into front endpapers are 2 slips of paper with the captions 'Order of the Court of 28 July 1925 granting permission for H R Plomer's catalogue of the Company's records to be published, with a copy of Plomer's catalogue, 1926' and 'Court Orders concerning publication of the Company's records 1842-1960'.
