All minutes are signed by the master; minutes are given for ordinary court meetings, special courts, court meetings for the election of corporation officers, meetings of the court and partners and meetings of the master, wardens, court of assistants and livery.
Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place, date and time of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens, assistants and liverymen; report of deaths, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; admission of new court assistants, when relevant; administration of English Stock shares; resolutions, including those relating to recommendations and reports of committees; payment of, and election to, charitable annuities and company pensions; names and personal details of those cloathed, made free of the company or bound as apprentices.

page 33: report dated 8 Oct 1918, titled 'Report of the Committee appointed by the Court of the Stationers' Company, on the 8th January, 1918, to prepare a scheme with a view to obtaining increased Revenue, and under which the Company might be made more useful to the Livery, and a desirable home or centre of co-operation for the various Societies connected with the Trades from which the Livery is drawn, and submit it to the Court'.
pages 34-36: report dated 8 Oct 1918, titled 'Report of the Sub-Committee appointed by the Committee of the Court on 18th January, 1918, to interview Mr. Lake, and others, as to the desirability of making Stationers' Hall a centre of co-operation for various Societies connected with the Trades from which the Livery are drawn'.
