All minutes are signed by the master; minutes are given for ordinary court meetings, special courts, court meetings for the election of corporation officers and meetings of the court and partners
Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place, date and time of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens and assistants; report of deaths, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; admission of new court assistants, when relevant; administration of English Stock shares; resolutions, including those relating to recommendations and reports of committees and applications to the company; payment of, and election to, charitable annuities and company pensions; names and personal details of those cloathed, made free of the company or bound as apprentices.
