All minutes are signed by the master; minutes are given for ordinary court meetings, special courts, court meetings for the election of corporation officers, meetings of the court and partners and courts for the election of master and wardens.

Typical order of entries for ordinary court meetings is: place, date and time of court meeting; list of those present, consisting of the master, wardens and assistants; report of deaths, when relevant; approval of the orders of court from the preceding court meeting; administration of English Stock shares; resolutions, including those relating to recommendations and reports of committees and applications to the company; payment of, and election to, charitable annuities and company pensions; names and personal details of those cloathed, made free of the company and bound or turned over as apprentices.

page 139: article of agreement between Thomas Harrison, Treasurer of the Stationers' Company, and Charles John Letts, publisher, titled 'Agreement For the Publication of Almanacks', dated 24 Mar 1896.

page 445: 'Report on the prospect of increase in the Income of the English Stock', 20 Feb 1900.

Inserted at page 333 is a Report of the Committee appointed to consider the finances of the Company, 1899.
