- Two petitions from free workmen (journeymen) printers complaining of lack of work because of ‘supernumerary printing houses, apprentices, and printing presses, and a multitude of aliens’.
- Petition from master and workmen printers of London complaining of printing outside London, in particular York and Oxford.
