Itemised listof food, drink, and service in the amount of nine pounds three shillings for a dinner held for the Company on 06 May 1689. Items include: three dishes of pigeons and bacon; nine geese and savre; three lumber pies; a sirloin of beef; three dishes of chickens; asparagus; three dishes of tarts; fire; bread and beer; washing the linen; payment to a labourer and a woman; and for dressing dinner. Signed for in receipt by John Pether. Below, a separate bill for wine supplied for the dinner, including 22 bottles of Pontack; four bottles of Canary; and a separate charge for four bottles and two glasses (possibly lost or broken); all in a total amount of one pound 15 shillings eight pence.
