Itemised bill for a dinner for the Company on 04 March 1689 in the amount of eight pounds 11 shillings, plus one pound 15 shillings for wine. Items include three fish bisques; three sides of lamb; three eel pies; a sirloin of beef; six pullets with eggs; three tanseys; fire; washing the linen; oranges; bread and beer; payment to a labourer and a woman; and for dressing dinner, as well as for wine.
