Itemised bill of food, drink, and service in the amount of one pound 11 shillings six pence. Items include bread, beer, & ale; a rump of beef; wine; a pig; turkeys; dressing the beef with carrots and cabbages; dressing the pig and turkeys; cheese; tobacco; the use of linen; an orange and a lemon; and money paid to the servants.
