Itemised list for a large feast held on 10 August 1680 in the amount of 22 pounds six shillings six pence. Items include ten venison pasties; 10 dishes of umble pies; three large dishes of tarts; seven dishes of tarts; 18 tounges and nine udders; 26 pounds of butter "for savre" [likely seasoning]; butter to baste the meat; lard and stuffing for the venison; artichokes, cauliflower, beans, "& other herbs;" oranges, lemons, "& other garnishing;" "savre" for the venison; more tongues and udders; "savre for 9 dishes of turkeyes;" "savre for 10 dishes of wild fowle;" a sirloin of beef; a leg of mutton; salt, vinegar, pepper, broomflower, and candles; pipkins and dresser clothes; water; dressing dinner.
