Itemised bill for a dinner for the Company on 29 May 1688 at Chelsea in the amount of 20 pounds three shillings. Items include five West[phalia] hams and three pullets in each; five dishes of Geese with three in each; five lumber pies; two sirloins of beef; five dishes of lobsters; five dishes of chickens and asparagus ("sparogras"); five dishes of tarts; five dishes of sturgeon; oil and vinegar; four pounds of sugar; oranges and lemons; olives ("olofes") and capers; service charges include payment to labourers and porters; for dressing dinner; for washing the linen; and for boat hire when he and Mr Taylor went to see the house.
