Itemised bill for two dinners for the Company in a total amount of 11 pounds two shillings six pence. The first dinner on the 03 June 1689 includes items such as three Westphalia hams; three joints of veal; three lumber pies; a sirloin of beef; three dishes of peas; three dishes of strawberries and sugar; fire; washing the linen; bread and beer; payment to the labourer and a woman; and dressing dinner. The second dinner, in the Hall for the new livery, includes a dish of pulletts & bacon; a sirloin of beef; a lumber pie; a dish of peas; bread and beer; and washing the linen. Signed in receipt by John Pether, Company cook. Verso: "both these bills 2 Court daies when all the men that accepted of the livery were invited." Personal names: John Pether.
