Itemised bill of food, drink, and service in the amount of seven pounds two shillings for a dinner for the Company on 26 March 1689 paid to John Pether, Company cook. Items include three dishes of barrel cod; three joints of veal and savre; three pigeon pies; a sirloin of beef; three dishes of lobsters; three tanseys; fire; oranges and sugar; vinegar; bread and beer; washing the linen; payment for a labourer and a woman; and for dressing dinner. Half was paid already by Benjamin Tooke, Company treasurer. After the final sum, Pether also notes he paid Mr Taylor six pence for tobacco.
