Bill for a dinner for the Company on 04 February 1689 in the amount of six pounds 16 shillings. Items include three dishes of tounges and udders; three sides of lamb; a sirloin of beef; a dish of oysters and smelts; two lumber pies; four pullets with eggs; two tanseys; fire; oranges and sugar; bread and beer; washing of the linen; payment to a labourer and a woman; and for dressing dinner. After the sum, Pether also paid Randall Taylor six pence for tobacco. Signed in receipt by John Pether, the Company cook. Verso: "Stacioners Mr Warden Clavill."
