Itemised list of food, drink, and service for a dinner on 29 May 1689, as well as a dinner for the new livery members. The first dinner, in the amount of eight pounds 17 shillings, included items such as three dishes of tongues and udders; nine geese and savre; three pigeon pies; a sirloin of beef; three dishes of chickens; three dishes of tarts and custards; fire; bread and beer; washing of the linen; payment for a labourer and a woman; and payment for dressing dinner. For the second dinner for new liverymen, in the amount of one pound fourteen shillings, items included a dish of tongues and udders; a sirloin of beef; a pigeon pie; bread and beer; and washing the linen.
