Itemised bill for food, drink, and service in the amount of seven pounds two shillings received by Andrew Leake of the Swan in Fish street. Items include bread, beer, and ale; wine; lemons and oranges; fish; chickens; tobacco; fruit and cheese; and a salad with oil and vinegar. Services include paying the poulterer; for dressing the fish and pidgeons; use of linen; and for the porter. A note at the bottom adds to the charge in three shillings six pence, "paid warden Isted for neck veal." Signed in receipt on verso by Andrew Leake.
