Itemised bill of food, drink, and service in the amount of five shillings 10 pence. Items include bread and beer; wine; fire; and a dish of tripe. Endorsed by J Towse, with a note stating: "in the Company of the Warden Mr Norton Mr Clarke Mr Took about the bill in Chancery ag[ains]t Guy & Parker."
