Itemised bill of food, drink, and services in an amount of one pound fourteen shillings headed "Madenhed At the Swan." Items include bread and beer; wine; butter; oranges and lemons; dressing the fish; use of linen; paid the fishmonger; and fruit and cheese. An additional charge, "given to the house," has been added following an initial total. Additionally, a list of names appears in the left margin: Sawbridge, Norton, Macock, And. Clark, R. Clark. Verso: At the Swan in fish street Aug 6 1677. Personal names: George Sawbridge; Norton; John Macock; Andrew Clark; Richard Clark. Place names: the Swan tavern on Fish Street.
